How do I create a account?
To create a account:
  1. Go to
  2. Click on “Find a job”.
  3. Click on “Get Started for Free”.
  4. Provide email address and password Or, Signup using Google, Facebook, LinkedIn.

How do I update profile information like my name, username, and email?
To update your profile information, including your username and email address associated with your account:
  1. Click on the in the top right.
  2. – If you’re on mobile, Tap on the in the top right.

  3. Click Edit Profile.
  4. Scroll and find what information you want to update.
  5. Click on the icon.
  6. Update your information.
  7. Click on Save.

What can I do if a name is already claimed but seems inactive?
We have no restriction for using the same name multiple times. You can open an account under your name even if there is already an account under that name.
I received an email that I created a new account, but I didn’t sign up for a new account.
Most likely, someone tried to sign up for a account using your email address by mistake. To remove your email from the account, click let us know at the bottom of the Welcome to email to let us know this wasn’t you.

You should then be able to use this email address to sign up for a account or add it to your existing account.

I can't sign up for a account because an account with my email address already exists.
If you signed up for with your email address but you can’t remember your password, you can reset your password and log into your account.

Keep in mind that an email address can only be associated with one account.
