Account Deactivation

1. Click on the in the top right.

– If you’re on mobile, Tap on the in the top right.

2. Click on Account Setting.
3. You’ll find a yellow button labeled as Deactivate. Click here.
4. A pop-up confirmation page will appear, click yes to confirm the deactivation.

You can’t delete your account but you can deactivate your account. It’ll temporarily delete your account from CHAKRI.app. You can reactivate your account whenever you want. Logging in to your account is enough for reactivation.
